The Consultation is meant to kick start the project. Brittney will provide design solutions and help to prioritize the budget. Further to this, she will make suggestions on the following:

• Architectural elements or challenges furniture layouts and space planning custom millwork

• Lighting

• Design concept direction and initial ideas custom upholstery & furniture

• Drapery treatment styles

• Material finish suggestions

During the consultation, Brittney will review your architectural drawings and/or take preliminary measurements to prepare a Design Fee Proposal. For new- build construction, we'll review your initial plans and set the direction for the design. Consultations typically last up to two hours
